as the HVIP and ISEF programs.
HVIP helps you be part of the transformation by slashing purchase costs. HVIP’s streamlined approach means you see the discount immediately at the point of sale. In most cases, no scrappage and first come,
first served. Dealers learn the voucher processing system, so there’s less paperwork for you.
Learn how to purchase a vehicle, or bring your vehicle into the clean transportation market. Fleet Buyers will be eligible to receive a half hour of training from Ernst & Young accounting company on how to apply for the IRA / Federal incentive (Ford Fleet Identification Number (FIN) required).

California’s Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) plays a crucial role in the deployment of zero-emission and near-zero-emission technologies.
HVIP accelerates commercialization by providing point-of-sale vouchers to make advanced vehicles more affordable. Launched by the California Air Resources Board in 2009, the project is part of California Climate Investments. HVIP is the earliest model in the U.S. to demonstrate the function, flexibility, and effectiveness of first-come first-served incentives that reduce the incremental cost of commercial vehicles.
CARB allocates an additional $14 million for Innovative Small e-FLeets
New funding available in June 2024 for small fleets using innovative options to switch to zero-emission vehicles-now $35 million in total available funds
